I've spent my entire career learning and mastering the ART of Customer Happiness. Working with Executives, Directors, Support Agents, Distributors, and Customers, it's all about how you communicate. 

I have over 10 years experience hiring, training, directing, managing, leading, and communicating effectively which has resulted in unheard of success in retention rates and happiness levels in both employees as well as customers!

I have directed and scaled a team from two agents to over 100 agents in under three years and created trainings to help keep consistent levels of customer happiness across the whole team.

I am mother of 4, married to my soul mate for 22 years, I love traveling, relaxing by the fire with a good book, and playing with my kiddos.
