I'M ANGEL
I'm a wife of 22 years, mother of 4, strong leader and wise consultant. I love to travel, ready books by the fireplace, and I enjoy a good bbq. Being in the sun makes me happy and bringing joy and happiness to others is my life's mission.
MY STORY
I grew up in the Direct Selling Industry. A special industry that takes a lot of understanding of how people think and how they are motivated. After years of being involved and building large teams, I moved onto the corporate side of Direct Sales companies, working with billing, Distributor Support, and Customer Support. I learned that you have to create an experience for your Distributors and Customers that is so good that they want to tell everyone. It's vital in creating loyalty and trust.
In 2014, I moved onto Retail eCommerce as a Director of Customer Support and built a team from 2 people all the way up to 100 people. I continued to direct this team for over 8 years with all of the ups and downs of the economy and learning to master the art of scalability all while maintaining an amazing retention rate, 4.97 CSAT score, and using my team to focus on revenue saving projects and outreaches. Most of my team had worked with me for 4-5 years which is unheard of in an entry-level service position. I treated my team how I treated the Distributors, I used Appreciation, Recognition, and incredible Training to help create a culture of Happiness.
My Customer Service team did so much more than just answering questions. They focused on saving the company money all while maintaining that high level of Customer Happiness.
